Passionate chef that is also a certified sommelier. I cook in French, English Spanish and Hebrew. Very passionate about seasonal and local as much as possible.

Studied under Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. Worked for Michelin restaurant Daniel in NYC. Then worked in other NYC restaurant before opened my own Rendezvous Harlem- a modern French Mediterenean bistro.
