This is a menu of extravagance and opulence. This menu uses japanese cuisine combined with ingredients from other countries as well as different culinary techniques. Asian mole, katso sando on brioche, coffee cured salmon with habanero leche de tigre, among other dishes. This 7 course menu is full of flavor and high end ingredients that will give you and your guests a wonderful experience
