Coastal Cowboy

My name is Charley Criswell and I am
originally from Dallas, TX, After graduating from Texas A&M I moved to
Houston, TX where I first really
started to embrace fresh gulf
seafood and amazing Tex-Mex
dishes as well. Finally, after
moving to Seagrove Beach in
2003 I was exposed to it on a
daily basis, and from that point
really embraced the treasure of
fresh local seafood. I blend Tex Mex,
Southern cuisines, and fresh local
gulf seafood to create my original
dishes. I have been blessed to
train under some of the best
local chefs for over a decade, and
my unique style of Southern
fusion is a representation of my
heritage in Texas and time spent
along the Gulf Coast. It is my
absolute pleasure to share my food with the locals and many visitors to the Emerald Coast.
