I have worked in several top notch kitchens covering a variety of cuisines and have always strived to be the best cook and culinarian. I have owned my own catering business and have extensive experience with all facets of running a successful restaurant operation from concept development, menus, new openings, training, P&L, cost control and daily operations. And just as importantly, I am a positive and fun coworker that believes in leading by example and working hard to establish an enjoyable work environment that prospers growth and success.
