Born and raised in Menlo Park Ca, until 1996 when I moved to North Lake Tahoe. I started cooking at age 15 at the original Round Table and just kept moving up and working under great chefs and gaining incredible knowledge. I started doing private dinners in the year 2000 in North Lake Tahoe, and got to cook for some very famous people. I am an avid summer sports person and I love to entertain.
I stared cooking in 1982, and by the early 90s, I was running kitchens in Menlo Park and Palo Alto. In 1996, I started at Jason's in Kings Beach and then went to The Lone Eagle in Incline Village. My private career started in 2000 doing private events in Incline Village. I worked as the Banquet Chef at The Chateau, and also worked part time at Schaffer's Mill and Gray's Crossing. Spent 6 years at The Zephyr Lodge at Northstar as the Sous Chef, and eventually the Executive Chef for 3 years. I am currently at Sunnyside, and doing private dinners.
