I’m not just a chef, with this journey I am the experience!
I’ve been a chef professionally 8 years, I opened my first restaurant in 2020 in the heat of Covid! I also just was featured in the voyage Atlanta magazine for upcoming chefs! Also, the beginning of the year I was able to be apart of Fav chef competition! Out of 300 I was top 8! And looking to expand my brand as well as servicing the lovely community!
I went to Le Cordon Bleu in Arizona, learned some tips but left before my tuition started, felt underwhelming with information, and I wasn’t being taught to my liking! Before hand, been self taught by my family. My dad owned a restaurant in Jacksonville Florida but he wasn’t a chef, the chef he hired I was her left and right hand, SOUS chef
