About me
I can execute myriads of cuisine even 5 that you would need to to travel to different countries to try like Nikkei cuisine (Japanese-peruvian food fusion), alongside generous portions and if we do lessons: it's not only a lesson to learn with the chef but a meal prep included so a 2 in 1 tackled.
Alongside I want to teach kids this craft even adults since they took away home ec when we were growing. I don't want kids to rely on DoorDash forever and learn how to find healthy and toxin free foods I will bestow the knowledge and access to you.

Education
Institution of d'galio in Lima Peru due to familial connections to Peruvian govt and also my stepdad's business partners to let me learn their cuisine, alongside being under agencies learning with gr8 chefs
