I come from a family deeply rooted in gastronomy, with a legacy that includes my great aunt, who served as a pastry chef to Josip Broz Tito, the first President of Yugoslavia. I graduated from both the prestigious Cooking High School and Hospitality College in Belgrade, where I cultivated a passion for Serbia’s rich culinary history and its emphasis on fresh, farm-to-table ingredients.
In 2010, I moved to New York City to broaden my horizons and immerse myself in innovative culinary techniques. Working under Michelin-starred chefs, I honed the diligence, discipline, and leadership skills necessary to manage a professional kitchen. .
My career path has included roles at some of the most distinguished restaurants in the industry before opening my own LOZA by Chef Zivko Radojcic Company in NYC including Geisha, Jung Sik, Picholine, Eleven Madison Park, Daniel, Juni, and Contra
