Most of my professional culinary experience is in special events, catering and feeding the masses. I also have experience in fine dining and fast casual restaurants. I acquired my associates degree in Culinary Arts in October of 2020 and since that time, I have worked my way up to Lead Event Chef and now Executive Chef.
