Hi my name is Victor Hernandez. I am originally from Guadalajara Mexico. When I was a young man I would work in the United States to help provide for my family. My jobs here were mainly in restaurants and I often worked as a dishwasher. In one of my jobs I saw a chef, seeing him and how he worked, I quickly started getting invested in the cooking aspect of it. As when I was younger I would often cook with my family. I then set out to start learning every bit that I could, with lots of hard work and the help of many inspirational chefs and co workers i quickly started climbing up. I have worked at restaurants and country clubs that provided many different cuisines including Mexican, French, Italian, Chinese etc..
