Independent Chef and Catering Specialist
I have worked as an independent chef, providing catering services for events and private parties, where I have had the opportunity to develop a wide range of culinary skills. I have also worked in bakeries, creating artisanal breads and pizzas, as well as various international dishes. Currently, I am part of an airline catering team, which has allowed me to expand my knowledge and skills in the kitchen, as well as in preparing meals that meet demanding standards of quality and presentation.
