Founded in 2012, Manifold Cuisine was born from my lifelong passion for food and connection. I began cooking at sixteen after my father fell ill and my mother became his caregiver — a moment that revealed my natural gift for pairing flavors and creating comfort through food. With nearly twenty years in the restaurant industry, from line cook to leadership roles, and training in Fort Lauderdale’s culinary school, I’ve honed my craft as a largely self-taught chef.
At Manifold Cuisine, I bring high-end flavor, locally sourced ingredients, and heartfelt presentation to every table. Whether it’s a private dinner, family gathering, or special event, my goal is to create experiences that nourish both body and soul. After rebuilding through the challenges of the pandemic, we’ve reignited our passion and continue to grow stronger — sharing our love of culture, creativity, and cuisine with every dish.
