Hello, I’m Chef Alyssa! I grew up in Maine, where lobster and fresh coastal flavors have always been a part of life, and they’ve become the centerpiece of my cooking today. With a formal education in the Culinary Arts & Hospitality, and over 10 years of professional experience in restaurants, banquets, and catering, I now focus on bringing elevated private dining experiences straight to your table and help create lasting memories.
My specialty is creating unforgettable lobster dinners, prepared with the care and creativity I’ve developed throughout my career. Whether you’re planning an intimate dinner or a larger celebration, my goal is to always deliver something delicious so every meal feels both elegant and memorable. Let's cook up something truly special!
I was born and raised in Maine, where lobster isn’t just a meal, it’s a way of life.
Over the past decade, I’ve built my experience across restaurants, catering, and hospitality leadership, always keeping seafood at the heart of my cooking. I’ve developed menus, led culinary teams, and even launched my own successful seafood restaurant concept, where lobster dishes were a signature draw for guests.
From hosting intimate lobster boils to creating elegant multi-course seafood dinners, I specialize in bringing the flavors of New England to the table, no matter where you are. My goal is to give every client a true taste of Maine —fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable.
I began my journey at Johnson & Wales University, where I earned degrees in both Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. My time there gave me not only classical culinary training but also a strong foundation in hospitality and the business side of food.
Before that, I studied Hospitality Management at Daytona State College, which deepened my understanding of guest experience and event execution.
Together, this education gave me the perfect balance—technical skill in the kitchen and the knowledge to create seamless, memorable dining experiences for my clients.
My work has been recognized in several publications and media outlets. I was featured in Shoutout Miami and VoyageMIA Magazine, where I had the chance to share my story and passion for food. I was also highlighted on Deco Drive, a local news feature that shines a spotlight on businesses making an impact in the community.
These opportunities have been such an honor and a reminder of why I love what I do.
