I truly enjoy the relationships made while speaking through my food. It is the reason that I moved from a line setting into private. I have recently moved to Miami beach and would like to make a name for myself down here as I did back home. I have reliable and have made so many amazing meals for so many amazing people.
Experience
I have been a private chef for multiple families over the last few years following a career in the kitchens of many restaurants around NYC including those owned by Jean George and Dan Krueger. I began my career with an education from the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE).
