Since the age of ten, I’ve been in the kitchen, starting at my family’s Jamaican restaurant in Miami. Cooking has always been more than work—it’s been my passion and my purpose. My journey has taken me from Outback Steakhouse to Grand Lux Café, where I became head prep cook and thrived under pressure. I sharpened my craft at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse for three years, mastering fine dining techniques that expanded my palate and precision. Later, at Cooper’s Hawk Winery, I embraced the challenge of the line, learning discipline, speed, and resilience. Each step shaped not just my skills but my philosophy: food should be authentic, technique-driven, and ever-evolving. Today, as a private chef, I bring all of that experience to your table—blending soulful flavors, refined techniques, and personal touches to craft more than meals, but lasting memories.

I am currently attending the Miami Culinary Institute, one of the most innovative and prestigious culinary schools in the country. This experience is allowing me to expand my education beyond the professional kitchens I’ve trained in, giving me the opportunity to refine advanced techniques, master global cuisines, and deepen my understanding of food as both an art and a science. The institute’s cutting-edge programs and mentorship from world-class chefs challenge me to think creatively, push boundaries, and elevate my craft.
