I grow up in Bordeaux France, where I went to culinary school. Working in the hospitality industry gave me the opportunity to travel while learning different cooking culture.
I have been in Florida for about 7 years, and enjoy very much working with local, exotic product, as well as cooking traditional European cuisine.
